Large Projects

Condition Surveys

We carry out regular audits (often every six months) for established organisations to verify engineering condition and safety.

Switchboard and distribution board inspections
RCD testing
Lightning protection testing
Ventilation and air conditioning inspections
Fire-fighting system inspections and fire alarm testing
Documentation review (and visual checks of plumbing systems where applicable)

Retainer Services

Retainer services provide clients with continuity: regular engineering meetings, maintenance planning, emergency support, and documentation upkeep.

Typically includes:

Tailor-made maintenance programmes and routines
Emergency support
Keeping engineering documentation up-to-date
Minor alterations up to an agreed project value (with preferential fees beyond that)
